Additional Information: “Pre-registration required for babies aged 6 months – 4 years.” “Walk in appointments available for anyone 5 and up, pre-registration encouraged!” For CHILDREN ages 6 months through 18 years, this is a COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination event for children regardless of their insurance coverage as they are covered under the Vaccines for Children act. Please enter insurance information for survey purposes. Additionally, ADULT vaccines will be available to residents uninsured or underinsured (meaning they have some form of a copay for vaccines) This event will have MODERNA, PFIZER, AND NOVAVAX formula's available for all. We will also offer flu vaccine to both children and adults. This clinic is being held indoors at the THURSTON COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES BUILDING, 412 Lilly Road N.E., Olympia, WA 98506 10am until 4pm. All minors must receive parent or guardian consent to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. This must be done in PrepMod when registering for an appointment. Minors must have a form of ID confirming their name and birthday in order to receive a vaccination - ID card, passport, birth certificate, MyChart profile, Skyward profile, or insurance information are all acceptable forms of ID. Wear a short-sleeved shirt, but dress with warm layers. Waiting at least 15 minutes after vaccination is recommended.
