Additional Information: Criteria and Eligibility to receive the MPV (JYNNEOS) vaccine at this time include: 1. Had a high-risk exposure to a person diagnosed with MPV. OR 2. Are a sex worker of any gender or sexual orientation. OR 3. Are a gay, bisexual or other person with a penis or transgender person who has sex with person with a penis AND to whom at least 1 of the following applies: • Had multiple sex partners in the past 3 months. • Had gonorrhea or syphilis in the past year. • Used methamphetamine in the past month. • Attended a bathhouse or public sex venue in the past 3 months. • Homeless or in unstable housing AND staying in a congregate setting. • Exchanged sex for money, drugs or other purposes in the past 3 months. • Incarcerated in the past 3 months. • Black, Hispanic, Latinx, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, Asian, Indigenous, American Indian or Alaska Native.

Additional Information: Back to School Vaccines!! Get your child school ready by making sure their vaccines are up to date. All vaccines required for entry into the 2024-2025 school year will be available. All children thru 18 years of age are welcome to attend, regardless of insurance or resident status. This is not a clinic held instead of regular Primary Care Physician / Well-Child appointments. “Pre-registration required for children aged 3 years to 5 years". “Walk in appointments available for anyone 5 and up, pre-registration encouraged!” For CHILDREN ages 3 years through 18 years, this is a Back to School vaccination event for children regardless of their insurance coverage as they are covered under the Vaccines for Children act. Please enter insurance information for survey purposes. This clinic is being held indoors at the NORTH THURSTON HIGH SCHOOL located at 600 Sleater-Kinney N.E., OLYMPIA, WA 98506 from 4pm until 7pm. All minors must receive parent or guardian consent to receive any vaccine. This must be done in PrepMod when registering for an appointment. Minors must have a form of ID confirming their name and birthday in order to receive a vaccination - ID card, passport, birth certificate, MyChart profile, Skyward profile, or insurance information are all acceptable forms of ID. Wear a short-sleeved shirt, but dress with warm layers. Waiting at least 15 minutes after vaccination is recommended.
