Additional Information: Starting April 15, 2021, everyone 16 and older in Washington is eligible for COVID-19 vaccination. Please also note that, even if you are otherwise eligible, you must be 18 or older for the Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccine, and 16 or older for the Pfizer vaccine (parent/guardian must be present to sign the consent form). Vaccination at these sites is by appointment only for those eligible in the current phase. Be prepared to provide identification as well as appointment confirmation at check-in. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Expect to stay between 15-30 minutes after you receive your vaccine to monitor for any adverse reaction. Medical staff will be on hand.
